The eBay site is useless for customer service. How do I call?
Item not received. Trying to get a refund. The seller even tried to help me get a refund but eBay said it has been too long (despite shipping updates saying shipping was delayed).
Now eBay has closed the case as it has been longer than so many days. Trying to appeal but instructions for doing so don't work.
What a crap company.

The buyer has thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of purchase to start an "item not received" claim with eBay. Once a claim has been started, the buyer has up to twenty-one business days to ask eBay to step in and force a refund. After that, the case is automatically closed without a refund, and eBay can no longer help.
If you have waited too long to start a claim or to ask eBay to step in, you may still have recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer some protection for items that are not received for up to six months from the date of purchase.
