What operating system version number and app version number are you using?

If you have not already tried, it might be worth uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install, which may help if the problem is related to a past installation.

If that does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.

You can report a technical issue or send eBay feedback the following ways:

Shake your mobile device while using the eBay app. This brings up the option to report a technical issue or send feedback. If this doesn't work, go to settings in your app and choose Shake to Report.
Tap the three dots (...) in the upper right corner while using the eBay app to bring up the Help & Report options.
