The Contact Seller function does not allow entering a message after entering the function.
When I click on the Contact Seller option I can get into it, but the function as presented does not allow entering of a note. Any ideas as to how to activate it?

- Click to the Contact Seller button at the bottom of the listing.
- Type your question for the seller in the area that says "send a message..."
- Click the triangle/arrow icon to send the message. (the icon will turn blue once you have written something.)
Browser
- Go to the Seller Information section at the top of the listing on browser and select Contact Seller.
- Choose the topic that best matches your question on the Find answers page.
- If you can't find a solution to your question, select Other or Still Have Questions, then select Contact the seller.
- Type your question for the seller in the area that says "send message."
- Click the blue send message button to send it (the button won't be active until you add a message).
If you are still unable to type anything in the yellow highlighted area, one member found that if they
Cleared their cache and rebooted the computer, they could now send messages.
You can also try a different browser (example: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
