The Community????
Why do I have to ask THe Community? So the Ebay customer service cannot answer my question??? What is wrong with this company? Ebay lied that they called me back 2x. My phone shows NO CALL!!! What? Why lie and be caught???

There are a lot of people here -- real people, not a bot among us -- who should be able to give you accurate answers.

Check to be sure the correct phone number is in your Account settings.

If you have call blocking set up, eBay will not be able to get through. I always receive a callback when I've requested one. There must be something preventing your calls from coming through.
You don't have to ask your question in the community, but you have a better chance of getting the best answer from mentors with combined experience of hundreds of years of buying and selling and who know the policies inside and out versus a rep overseas who has no eBay experience and looks up an answer in a script.

Really sorry that happened. The complaints about not having eBay phone support keep growing in number. Sadly, many companies are moving away from human phone support and relying more on automated systems. Phone calls from them are now limited so the advice we are giving members is to try reaching out to eBay on Social Media. Below is the advice many of us share with members.
eBay Customer Service
Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible. Chat or an email may be provided. If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.
-Contacting eBay via Social Media:
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
