The clever seller of a brand new iPhone 16 e still financed through T Mobile

I am sure this is a clever new way of scam to sell a financed phone technically owned by T Mobile. It was designed to go under the radar, to let the unsuspecting buyer to use the phone for 6 months, and then stop monthly payments to T Mobile. When T Mobile is taking action and block the IMEI, it already surpassed all warranty and protective policy time window. I reached out to seller three times, who is still actively selling other items, and I got no response. Does eBay know this new clever scam? The fact seller did not disclose it was a financed phone, to me is absolutely a fraud. Would you agree with my assessment, and what would you suggest I do next?

Mentor2 weeks ago@rzshi So sorry that happened. You have only 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request on eBay.
If it is past that date then you will need to contact your payment method to see what protections you have for fraud.

Suspicious activity> other then say what happened in the box. I would include the item number of the listing.
