the carrier delivered item to the wrong address and shows a pic. of it at the wrong place
i recently made a purchase from a known seller and I won't say which one just use their initials FE the tracking showed that it arrived, but showed a picture of a strange door that wasn't any of the doors or side of my House, and so I went looking all over the neighborhood for a house with the same door on it to no avail , contacted FE about their mixup checked my contact and purchase info all before i contacted the seller for help, they were kind but here's my ? what do we do when automated protocol isn't equipped to deal with our unique details that prove that we are owed and what they believe is false and all. they believe in is crumbling before their very eyes?

Mentor2 years agoTake the tracking number down to the carrier and have them use their GPS to confirm exactly where the package was delivered. If it was misdelivered, the carrier should attempt to retrieve the package.
