Your tracking should show delivery. Is there tracking on the order? If not, add it.
Here is how to see when you will get paid:
SHORT VERSION
There are a couple of steps the money goes through.
- Processing
- Payment Holds (if any)
- Payout, which happens automatically after any holds.
Once you are established on eBay, the money will reach your bank account in a couple of days.
New sellers usually need to wait until some time after delivery to get paid.
