The buyer returned idem it was delivered to wrong address I never received it back
And now ebay says I owe the 35 more dollars so I'm- 175 a nice fire obsidian worth way more than I listed it for and-35 with my ebay account I really got screwed

eBay return labels do not come with insurance for packages that are lost or damaged in return shipment. It's a good idea to buy your own return label on Pirateship and upload it to the return request for the buyer to print.
Provide your own pre-paid label
If you’d rather the buyer use your preferred shipping carrier for return shipping, or if an eBay label isn’t available, you can provide your own return label.
When using your own carrier, make sure to upload the label and tracking details to the buyer’s return request. For items that have a total cost of $750 or more, signature confirmation is required.

Mentor1 year agoDid the buyer use the return shipping label you issued to them? The tracking number is important to proving your case to Ebay. Get the information then contact Ebay.
If the return label you issued was used AND the return to address YOU have set on your account is correct, then it should have been returned to you. But if somehow you had the wrong address set up in your account, then you will unfortunately lose this case.

If the buyer used some other shipping label, that is an important piece of information, so see what you can find out and get that tracking number.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
