Mentor3 years agoDid the buyer file a case with eBay? If so, what kind? How did you respond?
Did the buyer file a case with PayPal or a credit card? If so what kind?
Without knowing what kind of case was opened, and who made (or who is being asked to make) the actual refund, it is hard to say exactly what is happening or what may have already happened.
