The buyer received the item however USPS did not update the tracking
The buyer received the shipped item 4 days after I sent it but USPS did not update their tracking. The tracking still shows the item as undelivered even though the buyer has confirmed it was received. How do I contact eBay? I have gone around in circles and cannot seem to find a way to get to a human agent.
