The buyer opened a return the same day the item was shipped
The buyer opened a return the same day the item was shipped. Also reports damage of the item that they haven't received. Included pictures of the shipping box with a label from a different seller. Buyer hasn't responded to my messages to correct this error. Ebay gives 3 days to respond but the only response I can give is a refund. How do I contact ebay? The chat only sends me in circles. I dont see and email or phone to talk with them.
