The buyer LIED!!!! The item IS NOT DEFECTIVE!!!! I want my SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDED!!!!!
Ebay!!!! Your customer-support agent told me that I had to wait until the case closed and then I could file an appeal and get the shipping costs back!!!!
YOUR AGENT LIED!!!!!!! When I try to file an appeal, now that the case is closed, it tells me "this case is closed and you can't file an appeal."

The buyer lied in order to force me to accept a return. THE ITEM WAS NOT DEFECTIVE!!!! I HAVE VIDEO PROOF!!!!! I WANT MY SHIPPING COSTS BACK!!!!!
Refund my shipping costs or this is the LAST item I will *ever* sell on your platform!!!! I have been a customer for TWENTY FOUR YEARS, and I have NEVER been treated so shabbily!!!!!!
