The buyer is being insulting and using obscene language in their messages.
The buyer [Removed by mod] has received a full refund for their purchase.
They decided to cancel the order; I halted the shipment at their request.
Subsequently, I received insults directed at me.
I ask eBay to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against this buyer [Removed by mod].

Next add the buyer to your blocked list so that they can not contact you anymore nor buy from you>
