The first thing to do is to verify this is a message from your buyer and not a random user.
If this is from your buyer, tell them the only way to deal with this is for the transaction to be cancelled and relisted. This gives the buyer time to revise their shipping details before purchasing the relist.
By relisting, there is a chance someone else will bid and/or that the original buyer decides they no longer want the item.
Do not edit the buyer's address. Buyer can either have his deliveries forwarded, or you can cancel for an address problem and relist for buyer to purchase again with the new address. This preserves you ebay seller protection.
