The buyer does not pay !!
I sent several messages to the buyer and he didn't respond or pay!!
It's never happened to me, and Ebay doesn't give me the option to give negative feedback.
Only the option for positive feedback appears!!
What do I do??

Mentor1 year agoBuyers have not been able to receive anything but Positive feedback for many years. You need to follow eBay policy for non paying buyers.
Buyers have four full days (96 hours) to pay for their items. If they do not pay within the four full days then on the fifth full day you can cancel their purchase. To do this you find the item on your sold item list and from the drop down menu you select cancel purchase. Make sure to use the reason "Buyer has not paid" as this gets your final value fee refunded and the buyer receives an unpaid item strike on their account. This reason option will not show up until four full days have passed so if you do not see it then you are too early to cancel the purchase.
