The buyer did not show a specific address
My buyer did not give me a specific address, only the zip code and city name without the street name. Is this normal?

Mentor2 years agoNo, it is not normal, and you do not want to change it.
In your sold items, select cancel transaction, then select problem with buyer’s address. You will have to fund the refund, but then eBay will release the buyer’s payment to you.
Send the buyer a note explaining why you had to cancel, and invite him to purchase again with a complete address.
