The automated agent does not work ! I must use Draft and not post the sale directly?

Question

The box on the right - Automated Agent - does not allow text input. I scrolls up about 5-10 pages and has all the history of my uses of that in the past months ! Typing in does not work. I need a live agent to phone me.

Another problem: To make a new sales listing, I would like to do that directly without always the Draft function to show up. Instead of posting to a long 60 inch or so left to right column, I want the two full page scroll down entry.

I have phoned five or more times Ebay help number 1 866 540 3229 at 8:00 AM to 10:20 AM and it says call back at our normal hours ! What time is that?

@davejesusonian I am not sure which listing tool you are using.

I recommend using the Advanced Listing Tool in Seller Hub on a computer. OPT IN to seller hub here> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw

Select create listing on the upper right of the Overview Page.

There is not currently a direct number to call eBay
