The authenticity team ruined my Louis Vuitton bag
I sold a Louis Vuitton bag on Ebay. It was in near pristine condition when I sent it out. And it went to the authenticity team, who attached 2 authenticity cards to my purse. These cards either scratched my bag when it was attached or during shipping. The buyer then received a defective bag and didn't want it any longer. Ebay approved the return saying that it was in the same condition as when they received it. This is not true, and my listing pictures show that there were no gashes/scratches on my bag. Has this happened to anyone else?

Mentor3 years agoHi @luvrismaynin Can you post the before and after photos so we can see what damage was caused by the tags? What are the tags made of? How did the Authentication team attach the tags?
Is this the bag?

OP3 years agoI'm not sure how to attach the photos here. The tags are made of thick paper that have very sharp edges.
