the authenticity guarantee was not showing up for $3600 jewelry item I listed.
I listed a jewelry item for $3600 but when it showed that it was live I did not see the authenticity guarantee notation. I thought this was automatic however I also see other Ebay USA listings over $500 that do not have the Authenticity check mark. How do I list it and make sure it will have the guarantee BEFORE I repost it?

Mentor1 year agoHow long ago did you list the item? I searched for it, wanting to see the manufacturer, thinking that was the reason for not including the Authenticity Guarantee. Perhaps it is still in the queue.

OP1 year agoHello thank you for your response. I ended the listing as soon as I saw that it did not the show the AG checkmark. It is Luxury Italian Manufacturer "CHIMENTO" 18K gold bracelet , there are numerous other listings on ebay for these. I had read the AG eligibility requirements before listing this item and Ebay states "or unbranded (no attributable designer, brand, or logo) ", ( price) over $500, ( precious metal) 18K. Before I listed this one I listed a less expensive and unbranded gold bracelet for $650 and it qualified for AG, so I didn't understand why this well know brand did not qualify. Below is what I had listed. I am not sure what I did or didn't do to not have it qualify. I have a copy of the item that ebay sent, confirming it was listed but I didn't know if I should send it to you in this forum. Thank you
