The authenticity guarantee is not showing up on a Gucci purse listed over $700
I listed the purse in women’s clothing, Under handbags, so the categories is correct. The list price is 1200 and the buy it now is 750 but still the authenticity guarantee will not show up. I’ve been dealing with this for two weeks and I’ve tried creating new listings where the price is the required amount, but the authenticity guarantee will not show up. I can’t seem to find an answer anywhere on why the authenticity guarantee is not showing up in this case and I can’t get through to a live eBay customer agent - It is so frustrating . Maybe I’ll just abandon eBay and go to Poshmark. Can someone help me please?
