the all state square trade protection plan is a farce.
I purchased the two yea rprotection plan for an item I purchased om eBay whereby the seller did not accept returns. After a very short period of use the space heater failed when I called to make a claim the square trade rep asked many, many questions. Model, serial number, plan ID , order number, date rec'd, item number, manfuacturer of item,etc. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and after the discussion they rejected my claim ( I talked to the supervisor also). The item was rec'd on March 12, 2024 and I proceded to made the claim today on 4/30/2024. I do recommend buying an item on ebay with the hopes that a 2 year protection plan will give you assurance that you can be compenated for the item/fixed within that period of time.
