The ad said it was an 11.5 us
The shoe was in excellent condition but it is only a 43.5 meaning it’s closer to an 11 if not smaller and not the 11.5 which would have been an 44 or 44.5

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Enter size conversion error in the comments.
