The account of alhes5, I bought an item and canceled it, then he called me to tell me that he was going to send me a check to refund my money and he didn't send me anything and that eBay was keeping a %.

Mentor1 year agoIf the seller would make the refund through eBay then eBay would refund their Final Value Fee percentage (but not any promotional fees). Did he accept the cancellation? If not then when you do not receive the item by the last estimated delivery date shown on your purchase history you file a case for an "Item not received".
