The
A buyer purchased an item from our store on July 31 with the order number 15-13385-53517. The buyer left a negative review and slandered our store, claiming that the item's images did not match the listing. We actively communicated with the buyer, who requested a refund. We reached an agreement with the buyer: we would process the refund, and the buyer would remove the negative review. We have issued the refund to the buyer, but the buyer has not removed the negative review and has not returned the item to us. Therefore, we no longer require the buyer to return the item; we can only apply to the platform to have the buyer's negative review removed.

Mentor11 months agoNever refund until buyer opens a Return Request and you get your item back first. If buyer did not open a Return Request and is still willing to return it, have him open one now and issue a return label.
Buyer can not change the feedback unless you send them a Feedback Revision Request, but don't waste one unless buyer is willing to use it.
Since you refunded, ebay can't help you.
