the 2 companies advertising on ebay are frauding ebayers
hello i purchased 2 items that were advertised on ebay just to get frauded the items are not as described nor do they perform as described.these are fraudulent companies not ebay sellers.and ebay is promoting these companies

Mentor1 month agoIf the items you purchased on Ebay are not as described, you can file a Return Request since you are covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
· Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “Doesn't match description“. Attach a photo.
· IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
· If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

OP1 month agothis wasnt from a seller it was from 2 companies that pay ebay to advertise on the site and they are frauding ebayers

Mentor1 month agoIf this was a pop up ad that you saw on the Ebay site, Ebay had nothing to do with it. You chose to make the purchase. If you were defrauded, contact the funding source you used to pay for the items.
