the updated User Agreement
Should I close my eBay account if I'm no longer selling? I don't want to pay fees if I'm only buying goods now. (per "We encourage you to read through the updated User Agreement. If you do not agree, you may close your eBay account by February 20, 2026 and stop using our services.")

Mentor8 months agoThere are no fees if you are not selling anything. You do not have a store subscription, so there are no monthly fees.

NO fees are increasing in this revision of the User Agreement.
If eBay ever starts to ask buyers to pay fees regularly, on a per-purchase basis, it may be a bad sign.
