Mentor1 week agoSelect the order. then under the more dots ... send a refund.
Then partially refund them $20 and add a note.

OP1 week agoThank you, I tried that but ebay wants a credit card even though they have access to my bank account..I dont want to give them a credit card.

Mentor1 week agoPresuming that you have not received your payout for the sale you can make a refund of that amount to the buyer.

OP1 week agoI have received payout. There was a issue with shipping that that was resolved and buyer was very understanding about. I would like to refund some money to them as a thank you. When I try to issue a partial refund, ebay asks for me to list a credit card , even though I have a bank account listed with them. I don't really want to do this. ebay should not need a credit card if they have my bank account on file.
