Texted adjusting shipping prices after item has been delivered
Im curious how many others ship multiple items a week via FedEx,ups, usps? after I put dimensions and weight in via eBay’s app. Boxes range from 9x6x4-18x6x6.
I’ll purchase fedex shipping label that would be within a few dollars of ups on boxes(convenience of shipping 18x6x6 with a drop box close by). I woke up this morning to a email showing price adjustment on all fedex shipments I did some were $3 I don’t worry about those but others are $11-$18 almost doubled original shipping amount.
I really can’t dispute it anywhere on eBay. Anyone else experience this or know how I can try to dispute charges?

Mentor2 years agoThis is a known issue. eBay was made aware on March 27, that Fedex was charging incorrectly for labels. The issue has continued and there is an open ticket so eBay is working on fixing this. eBay will contact you regarding any adjustments to your Fedex charges.

OP2 years agoYea, I just got another email this morning April 10th that 2 more packages I shipped I was charged more than a original amount FedEx smart post original label was $14
They adjusted postage. New total is $31
this is absolutely bonkers. I don’t under stand how eBay hasn’t corrected this issue yet. At this point I’m not even breaking even on product I’m selling it’s costing me money because of FedEx.

OP2 years agoI'm just curious how long does it take eBay to resolve this issue? If the tickets was started march 27th and its April 19th.
