Text disappeared
When I am trying to sell something under the
Item specifics
I have to enter say the items make and model names, there are empty boxes you are supposed to fill in.
When I enter for make, I write in say 'Sony' for instance and I go to next box the text in the previous box that I wrote in Sony, disappears. What I wrote in the info box above is gone, disappeared.
This difficult to explain.
So I am not able to put in info requested on that part of the 'description' page. I tried putting in this to the chat page. I got nowhere. Unable to talk to a real person or post requested info.
I tried both of my computers and used Chrome, Edge and Firefox and the same thing happened.
Not sure what to do next. I did try my iPhone but there I could put in text.
Any ideas?

Mentor8 months agoIf you have any common add-ons installed in all your browsers such as grammar checkers or language tools, try uninstalling those; temporarily disabling them may not be sufficient.
Or try another browser that does not have that add-on installed.

OP8 months agoThanks for your reply. I did what you suggested and still have the problem.
I guess I will continue searching,
