Texas buying tax??
From couple couple weeks I'm located in Frisco- Texas.
I want to buy an iPad from eBay, and after I was added in my shopping basket, it shows a tax for buy the item.
I'm with NATO , military and from my knowledge this tax that is mandatory ,are free for military personnel.
Is corect to pay this tax ,just because the iPad will be delivered in Texas?

Sales tax depends on the destination shipping address and the laws in that state.
I can see references for NATO personnel being exempt from motor vehicle sales taxes and use taxes in Texas, but I do not see anything regarding an exemption for general sales taxes (that does not mean it is not there, I just do not see it after a quick search).
If you are exempt, typically you would need to provide a form that shows that to eBay, then wait for eBay to apply the exemption to your account before you could make a tax exempt purchase.

Once processed, all purchases made with this ID will not be taxed, so if you also make personal or other non-exempt purchases, you will need to open a second ID to use for those.
