Terribly upet about gliches and not stable working site
I always face glitches like no way to contact support , no way to correct a clear site mistakes!
Talking with support hundred times to provide me simple way to feedback about something not working, they still cannot solve it. Sometimes support ignores call requests for more than one week! Multiple glitches and all not on my side!

OP6 months agoI use Mac and Chrome browser, and looking everyuwhere, never can find a way to connect to support, but only after many loops its allow me to press "contact us", next many loops again!

Mentor6 months agoWhat page are you starting from? Most pages have either a "Tell us what you think link" at the top or bottom of the page. Individual listings have a "?" icon in the lower right.

Most eBay pages have a "Tell us what you think" link or a "?" icon in the lower right to alert page developers to site problems or policy issues.
If you use the eBay app, shaking your device while the app is active should allow you to report issues if that feature is enabled in settings.
What sort of glitches? Other users may be able to suggest workarounds if you are willing to share some details.
