Terrible Seller/Poor eBay Customer Service
How do I contact someone from eBay that I can actually speak to in re to a purchased DVD that is obviously burned from a streamed channel? The seller clearly feels no threat in delivering this product and the online correspondents I've dealt with from eBay C.S. have been inarticulate. I find it interesting that neither the seller nor eBay have shown interest in inspecting the DVDs to verify the authenticity.
