Terrible seller
[Removed by Moderator] is a terrible seller on Ebay. I paid $24.00 for a plant that arrived dead. She will not refund my money and she has blocked my account. I created a new account and it will not allow me to post feedback on her. I guess this is the dishonest way that she makes money. I am not happy with this seller or Ebay as no one will respond to my request for a refund.

2. You cannot open another account to get around a block

Mentor5 months agoSending a message to a seller is not the same as opening a return case. A seller cannot ignore a case of item being returned for not as described. Do as @comics-scifi-collectibles instructed. @Anonymous

Mentor5 months ago@Anonymous. I understand that this is frustrating however it is against eBay policy to try and get around a sellers block by creating a new account.
Since the plant arrived dead you should file a return request.
Sorry your item is not as described.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
Select the return item button on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041&st=
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

OP5 months agoI have asked to return the dead plant and she just replies with another "canned message" stating that I can take a discount or that she will send a new plant. I told her that I didn't want either, that I just wanted a refund and this is when I was blocked. The only way that I could get in touch with Ebay regarding this matter was if I created a new account.

Mentor5 months ago@Anonymous. You don't need to get in touch with the seller or eBay customer service to return the item.
A seller can only block you from messaging them and buying again.
Did you file an official return request as I suggested? Then just ask eBay to step in and help from the request case.
Do you see the plant in your purchase history on the account you made the purchase on?
