terrible policy and EBAY leadership sucks
EBAY is so screwed on customer service calls and issued payments and than want the money back, this is a joke and the so called leadership team is too busy to deal with customers, dealing with EBAY is so bad right

Mentor3 weeks agoSorry that you had poor customer service. Unfortunately, Ebay's Customer Service does not always provide the proper advice/help.
In the future, please be aware that most questions/issues can be correctly addressed here by the experienced and knowledgeable Ebay Mentors. We have helped countless number of members solve their issues when customer service was not able to.
