Terrible customer service
Was promised a refund multiple times from eBay. Still haven’t received it. The website is terrible & eBay owes me my money. The supervisor hung up on me instead of getting my refund. eBay still owes me $35.

Mentor1 year agoHave you not received the item you paid for? Then go to your Purchase history, locate the item, and file an Item Not Received case. You have up to 30 days past the last estimated delivery date.
Did you receive the item, but filed a returns request, the seller accepted it, and you printed out the shipping label and sent it back to the seller? Once tracking shows Delivered, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
