Most issues can be handled without needing to contact customer service at all.

Judging by threads here, lots of them do. Of course, you hear from only the ones who have a problem, so a conclusion could be skewed. Nobody ever starts a conversation to report how swell Customer Service was to them. It is possible to reach Customer Service, but it's smart to come to this forum first and see if some of the experienced users who respond can recommend a solution.

OP7 months agoHas anyone else had items that were scheduled for payout disappear and not show up on hold or on the available for payout tab? Also, it appears that items that were delivered are not updated in a timely matter in order to start the payout process? Is there something I’m missing that I need To address thank you in advance

Mentor7 months agoIn over 20 years of selling, I think I have called ebay customer service maybe 2 or 3 times. For most problems, I can find the answers using ebay to search their web pages, or their forums.
