terrible costomer service
Hello all, tried contacting customer service and me being hearing impaired, but can understand clear English but could not understand three different representatives. Does anyone else have problems contacting customer service with English speaking people? They almost locked me out of my account of 20 years, could not understand the questions , and the ones I did understand, they asked me, what my color of my car was and they new the year, and how did they get that information? They said it was Lexis Mexis raised solutions. Has anyone else had simular problems like this? And what can we do about it? Thanks much
