TERRIBLE Chat Agent - NO WAY To Report Them
I just spent WAY to long waiting on responses from a Chat Agent named Rutchel.
As I began to complain, that person started playing games, making the wait LONGER, and then giving me a fake Return Number (XXXX).
WHY doesn't Ebay care and have some way to report this kind of thing?
