If it was a remorse return, the seller can deduct the original shipping from the refund, if you paid it.

If the item was ‘not as described’ … you should have waited to receive either a prepaid shipping label OR the money to cover return postage BEFORE returning the item.
There is no process to get return shipping money refunded after the fact. I’m so sorry.
