Tennis racquet purchase

Question

Purchased a tennis racquet from seller. Pictures of racquet shown cost/shipping, etc. when item arrived, it was a different racquet in bad shape needed new grommets which means new strings so at least $50 and a racquet that I do not use to play. Seller will not refund,send correct racquet as he really doesn’t have that one and eBay will not honor the buyer safety net as the seller has sent them the documentation that the item has been delivered although it is the wrong item. Any idea how to get...

I have and eBay says that he proved delivery but it is the wrong one.

You need to file a Return Request for a full refund. Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “doesn't match description“. Attach a photo. IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
