Mentor2 weeks agoDid the buyer purchase an item and then could not purchase another within 10 days? if so you need to check your buyer requirements as this is where you would find this restriction set up.

You don't need to speak with a rep. A buyer would not know if you had a restriction or not. What he is talking about is your setting to block buyers from making more than one purchase every ten days.
You can turn off that setting by unchecking the box (shown below) here:
