Temporary lock on account
hi everyone, i lost my previous phone and when i eventually got a new one i was able to sign in to the ebay app after so much hurdles.. when i try to make purchases, i get the following

I have tried calling ebay on phone but they still hang up on me directing me to an online help... its really fustrating,.. i just want my account in one pieace. its over a 6 months now

Use the "click here" link to request a call back.
If you have a different phone number, use the contact link that appears on the page you are directed to when you try to reset your password after using the "Need help signing in?" link on the password entry page.
