temporary lock of my account
I don’t know why, but I’m trying to buy something and it won’t let me. I get a message that says:
Your account may have been accessed by a third party. In an effort to protect your account, we have put a temporary lock on bidding, selling and the ability to send messages to other eBay members until we can safely restore your account to you. Please click here to speak with an Account Security Representative.
I can’t figure out how to solve it because it says to speak with a representative, but they can only call me if I’m in the United States or Canada, and I’m currently in Uruguay.
Does anyone know how I can recover my account?
