Temporarily restricted after listing 15 items and no explanation in Ebay message and can't contact!

Question

Hi there, I received a message say my account has been temporarily restricted and to contact ebay.

The problem is when I go to the contact us page and it says to request to a call back the only option available is to enter a Canadian or USA number and I'm based in England. So I literally have no way to get in contact with anyone to resolve this as there is no email and my phone number keeps getting rejected because it's not the right format. Please help! It says if I don't contact them within 7 days my account may be closed.
