I have NOT been refunded for an item that I never received from the Seller. The website states that the refund occurred on 01/19/2026 and I have NOT yet received the refund.

Mentor8 months ago@gusher70 Refunds do typically take 3 to 5 business days to reach your funding source but sometimes can take longer. Your best option to contact customer service is social media so you can reach an agent easier.
There is not a phone number to call eBay.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service.

3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Just type REFUND.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
