Add ‘agent' in the chat box that popped up.
Answer questions if showing up.
Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

OP2 years agoebay has deleted the buyers acct and therefore autobot says I can't be connected because there is no sale reference

OP2 years agoI finally got a live agent, but they told me that although the buyer was disreputable and removed I am going to have to suffer the loss of the item, and the loss of my payment. They said I can go to the post office and ask them to refund money. I am out over $335. The Post office didn't arrange an auction. They didn't have a disreputable buyer purchase my item. I believe that ebay has a portion of responsibility for this bad transaction.
