Technically false advertising?
when a seller has an item (I.E. security system kits, music recording equipment kits, Ect.) listed for $53.99, But suddenly when selecting a kit, it's $200.57 total and the original listed price of $53.99 is say the 2Tb SD card price not the kit price as shown. Or isn't even the price of any item listed... Am I tripping or doesn't that classify as false advertising? I'm asking because I want to be sure. I mean if I'm looking for something to buy then as a customer i have the right to know that clearly what im looking at is priced the actual value!? Cuz otherwise, its basically just a 'priced as to be click bait to get views' type of thing right???... And if so, then eBay, Amazon, and all other shopping sites that are supposed to be "Trusted" and "lower priced then competitors- guaranteed" when in reality it's actually misleading and tricking ppl to buy a kit of items or an item, thats not even brand new in truth, but actually refurbished even,
isn't it making them untrustworthy and not low price guaranteed?? As that would also be condoning false advertising and all that?
