Mentor2 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase.
If you are signed in to the wrong account when you use the link in the email to print the label, you will get an error message.
If that is not the problem, try another browser or try saving the label and opening it with a PDF reader.
