Technical issue with bidding.
I have been buying on ebay for 20 years. 100 percent perfect rating. No issues. Suddenly I am not being allowed to place a bid on any item; it seems like this is a technical glitch. I click on the item to buy or order, and it doesn't send me to payment or my shopping cart. I suspect a viral glitch. How do I get rid of this?

Mentor2 years agoWhat operating system version are you using? Many mac users with OS 10 versions seem to have problems lately, along with some OS 11 users if they cannot install the latest version of a popular browser.
Try another device if you can.

OP2 years agoDifferent browser does not work.

How many have you tried? Is there any kind of error message(s) when you try? Is it the same error message for every attempt?

OP2 years agoYes, when I click to place a bid or buy it now, it just forms a blue box around the entire purchase column and doesn't move to another page. Just stays on the main listing page.
