Technical Issue Returns Policy
I was trying to change my Returns policy from Buyer Pays to Free, Seller Pays. I kept getting a message at the top of the screen in red that said this was the same as the policy already was. (obviously it was not). The message said to create a new Returns Policy or change this one. I was trying to change it, without success. So, I tried to create a new one and Got the same error message that the same policy already exists. So I decided to change it to No Returns and see if that would work, so I could go back and change it from there. It allowed me to change it to no returns, but now when I am trying to change it back I'm getting the same message that reads this is already the policy in place. All my listings are now showing up as Returns not accepted. Obviously I am not so great at explaining this, so the eBay automated assistant is unhelpful. Hopefully someone here can guide me.
